We had a grand 3 days of sunshine and wanted to make the most of it, even though we had a Girl Scout meeting scheduled for April 5th. Do something random and fun? Or do a community service project? Something fun is the winner. Where can we go and be outside? Rusty Cock Ridge!! For those of you who have never been there, it is a place for exploration, hiking and playing. Each of the girls tried something new, just like in Brownies where they had to Try-It in order to get a badge.
Walking on the Skywire is harder than it looks. Balance and strength used here.
Say Cheese!
There is no door in this Rapunzel Castle, you must climb up the outside and into the window. Of course once you are inside, you can write your wish in the book so it will come true.
Then there is the tire swing. Think Tarzan and Jane here.
Although things did not work out as planned, you are my hero!!
Some people are unclear about the skywire. Walk on top/ walk on the bottom?
This is what we look like after about 3 seconds on the merry go round.
On our hike, nature is starting to appear. Maybe spring will happen after all.

Ohh - looks like fun and I'm jealous of the 3 days of sunshine in a row - maybe our spring is coming soon :)
You will most likely send the sunshine this way after I leave, and it will be gone when I return. I missed all the salmon that were on the beach when we were there last time. Did you eat them?
